HPTDC’s Platinum Card

  1. The membership fee of the HPTDC Platinum Card will be Rs. 99,999/- + taxes as applicable and amount is not refundable. The amount is charged in lieu of fees of the card and cannot be used for room rent or food items etc.
  2. The Platinum Card holder will be entitled for the following discounts in HPTDC properties throughout the year except the properties, the Government decides to run on O&M basis in future:-
    • 50% discount on room rent (throughout the year)
    • 25% discount on Food (Ala-carte only)
    • 15% discount on hard drinks and soft drinks.
  3. The validity of card shall be for a period of three (3) years.
  4. Platinum Card holder will avail 50% discount on room rent for at a time 2 rooms only for maximum six persons as per the availability of room. If any other scheme of the Corporation is applicable for example winter discount / Monsoon discount / Senior Citizen discount only one of the highest discount at a time shall be applicable. For example:-
    Room tafiff Rs.1000/- per day/per night
    Announced discount 30% i.e. Rs. 300/-
    Applicable tariff Rs. 700/-
    To Platinum card holder
    • Room tariff Rs.1000/- per day per night
    • Special Platinum card discount i.e.50% Rs. 500/-
    • If 30% discount is applicable as winter discount then card holder can get only 50% discount, no two kind of discounts can be merged. This discount shall not be applicable on HPTDC transport facility.
  5. 25% discount will be applicable on food (Ala-carte) & 15% discount on hard and soft drinks throughout the year.
  6. Due to natural calamity / disaster i.e. cloud burst excessive rainfall, snowfall, thereupon closing of road etc. and any other force majeure occurs then no compensation will be given and card holder can’t claim any right on booking.
  7. Only in case of death of the card holder his/her legal heir will be entitled to avail these facilities after producing the legal heir & death certificate of the deceased upto remaining validity of the card.
  8. Platinum card holder does not confer any other rights, except discounts as stated in para-2 above.
  9. The card holder will have to produce platinum card at the time of check-in and also provide a self-attested photocopy of the same at the Reception desk.
  10. Platinum card will be non-transferable and no proxy shall be entertained and such practice may warrant legal action against the card holder including cancellation of the card for rest of the validity period.
  11. In case of marriage party/ banquet parties/ special packages/ New Year entry ticket etc. and other parties, no discount on platinum card will be admissible / applicable.
  12. The tariff is subject to revision. Tariff applicable on the date(s) of stay at hotel will be charged after discount.
  13. Card holder should intimate us promptly for any changes in his particulars recorded with us, like change in address or contact number.
  14. Any dispute arising from the offer of platinum card shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts of where Head Quarter of HPTDC is situated.
  15. The Platinum card shall be prepared instantly online after payment of Card Fees on the web portal.
  16. The Managing Director, HPTDC reserve the right to modify or cancel the program, benefits or terms at its sole discretion with appropriate notification to cardholders.
  17. List of HPTDC properties is enclosed. Discount is applicable on commercial rooms and commercial food menu of Himachal Bhawan Chandigarh and Willy’s Park, Shimla.
  18. The Platinum Card holder will be entitled for the above mentioned discounts in HPTDC properties throughout the year. Though the Government is in process of running few properties on O&M basis, if any property is leased out on O&M or closed for any other reason, card holder can’t claim the right on that property.
  19. Booking of the rooms will be done through Central Reservation Office, The Mall, Shimla (CRO), Ph. No.-01772652561 or from the counter of the Hotel concerned where room is required.
  20. If rates are enhanced then discount will be applicable on future rates not on present rates.

HPTDC's Gold Card

  1. The membership fee of the HPTDC Gold card of Rs.59,999/- + (plus) taxes as applicable and amount is not refundable. The amount is charged in lieu of fees of the card and cannot be used for room rent or food items etc.
  2. The Gold card holder will be entitled for the following discounts in HPTDC properties throughout the year as below:-
    • 35% discount on room rent throughout the year (Restricted to 20 days during May-June)
    • 20% discount on food (Ala-carte only) (Restricted to 20 days during May-June)
    • 10% discount on hard drinks and soft drinks. (Restricted to 20 days during May-June)
  3. The validity of Gold card shall be for a period of two (2) years.
  4. The Gold card holder will be entitled for 35% discount on room rent for at a time 2 rooms only for maximum six persons as per the availability of the room. If any other scheme of the Corporation is applicable for example winter discount / Monsoon discount / Senior citizen discount only one of the discount at a time shall be applicable whichever is higher. This discount shall not be applicable in HPTDC transport facility. For example:-

  2. The Silver card holder will be entitled for the following discounts in HPTDC properties throughout the year as below:-
    • 25% discount on room rent throughout the year (Restricted to 15 days during May-June)
    • 15% discount on food (Ala-carte only) (Restricted to 15 days during May-June)
    • 5% discount on soft drinks only. (Restricted to 15 days during May-June)
